Rolling debt vs. your personalized need (computed from your habitual midpoint, variability, and recovery patterns). Trend arrow + projected catch-up window.

Phase 4

Top sleep drivers

Personal causal graph — what behaviors observationally move which outcomes (deep sleep, REM, latency, awakenings). Lift values + confidence intervals. Differentiator surface.

Phase 3

Your sleep fingerprint

Lifetime signature of your architecture — REM proportion vs population norms, deep-sleep age-bracket comparison, latency curve, awakening cadence. Updates monthly.

Phase 4

Multi-domain couplings

Strongest cross-domain correlations: training intensity → REM, nutrition timing → latency, HRV recovery → deep onset, cycle phase → wake-after-sleep-onset.

Phase 5

Cycle overlay

Menstrual cycle / shift-work cycle overlay on top of your architecture so you can see phase-specific patterns instead of getting one-size advice.
